Standard slips start at $125.00 / ft. dependent upon location, size & amenities. Limited number of $2,000 inside slips and $3,000 economy slips. Prices based upon a 25/Ft. minimum except inside slips.
-30.00% deposit due Nov 1 or upon signing
-50% of remaining bal. due Feb 1
-Final payment due Apr 1

For transient non-charter slips, prices are $3.00 / Ft. per day, $8.00 / Ft. per week and $26.00 / Ft. per month. For charter transient slips, prices are $6.00 / Ft. per day, $16.00 / Ft. per week and $60.00 / Ft. per month. please call the office for more details.

RACK LAUNCHING INFORMATION
-Rack launching is during business hours. Call before 3PM. If returning to the marina after hours, your boat will be racked the next day.
​
-Depart the marina when you are launched and you will be racked upon your return during business hours.
​
-Upon returning to the marina, keep your drives down and straight, put down antennas and outriggers and turn off your batteries. If you plan on using your boat the following day, keep your drives up and if space is available, we will keep you in the water.
​
When cleaning or working on your boat in the rack, do not park in the rack launching areas.

Winter Storage with Slip or Rack rental $50.00 / ft.
Winter and Summer Storage only less than 29 feet is $55.00 / ft., greater than 28ft is $65.00 per foot.

Winter storage with slip or rack rental 30.00% due November 1 or upon signing, 50% of the remaining balance due February 1 with the final balance due April 1st. Winter and summer storage only payment due in full upon signing.

Brown's Point Marina is a full service marina located in a protective cove on the Raritan Bay in Keyport, New Jersey. We have floating docks with new slips and finger piers for all size boats and a deep water channel with no bridges or no long "No Wake" zones, just 5 minutes to the open water. There are 2 fuel docks contiguous to the marina and we offer a full service department.

In 2021, the marina completed final renovations containing 84 floating dock Slips with electric and water, 25 floating dock slips with water and 8 Jet Ski docks. We are the premier marina offering "Rack Launching" which is "valet parking" for your boat as your boat is stored in a rack and gets launched when you arrive to the marina and re-racked when your return from boating. We offer pre, post and in season Transient Slips and short and long term Winter and Summer Storage with discounts for year round customers. Our fiscal year starts with winter storage on Nov 1 continuing to Apr 30 with the summer season starting May 1 to Oct 31.

We offer summer slips, racks, winter and summer storage and a full service department and have an experienced management team of office, mechanical and yard staff who are on hand to make your boating experience the best it can be.
