Summer Customers

• The marina operating year is from November 1st to October 31st.

​

• Winter season is from November 1st to April 30th of each year

​​

• Summer season is from May 1st to October 31st of each year

​

• A customer who signs up for both a slip and winter storage together is an "Annual Customer"

​​

• "Annual Customers" who sign the contract and make the required deposit by November 1st (for the upcoming season) are permitted to use a slip during November or until the marina closes the slips. Upon having a zero balance, customers may go in the water before May 1st at the marina's discretion.  ​​​

 

• Summer only customers may not arrive to their slip before May 1st and must be out of their slip by October 31st with a grace period to November 7th. Rack launching starts May 1st and ends on October 31st.

 

PWC Slips​

All PWC slips include floating docks which are all located at the North end of the R Docks.​​​

PWC Winter & Summer Storage

• PWC's winter storage is $700.00​​​​ per season.​

• PWC trailer storage is $300.00 per season.

Rack Launching Early Morning Pre-Opening

(Call the day or days before to use your boat early the following day before we open)

Tues - Call by Sat 3:00 pm

Wed - Call by Tues 3:00 pm

Thu - Call by Wed 3:00 pm

Fri - Call by Thu 3:00 pm

Sat - Call by Fri 3:00 pm

Sun - Call by Sat 3:00 pm

When Returning To The Marina​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• If returning after hours, we will re-rack your boat the next day.​​​​

​

• When your boat is launched, you must depart the corral and when you return to the corral, we will re-rack your boat.​​

​

• Loitering in the corral area is not permitted. ​

​

• After returning to the corral, a wash down stand may be provided if necessary to access your boat.​​​

​

• When returning to the corral, in order for us to rack your boat with the forklift,  trim tabs must be in the full upright position (the marina is not responsible for broken trim tabs if they are not in the full upright position), keep your drives down and straight, antennas and outriggers down, batteries off and fenders inside.​​

​

• If you return to the corral and want to use your boat the next day, leave your drive(s) in the up position.

​​

• For customers on upper level racks, at the marina's discretion, a stand can be made available for a 24 hour period to access your boat.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• For Summer only customers, rack launching starts May 1st and ends on October 31st.

• Winter storage does not include winterization, shrink wrap or any other services. 

​

• We do not store / stage boats for service work. Any non-customer boats on the property waiting for service will be billed pro-rated storage rates.

​

• Trailer Storage with the purchase of a slip is $600.00 and $1,000 without (Per season).​​​
