• $2,000 flat fee - Slips for small boats, low water and no electric.

• ​$3,000 minimum or $120 per ft. - Slips with no electric.

​

• $3,200 minimum or $128 per ft. - Slips with electric.

​​

• $3,500 minimum or $140 per ft. - Slips with electric and for wider boat beams and or double finger piers.

• $5,300 minimum or $140 per ft. - Slips with electric and extra wide boat beams.

 

• Starting at $5,800+ or $153 per ft. - Slips with electric and are the largest slips in marina.

• Starting at $7,000+ - Slips with electric and boats with unlimited length or beam.

• $45.00 per foot - Storage (less than 29 ft.) along with a Slip or Rack purchase.

• $50.00 per foot - Storage (greater than 28 ft.) along with a Slip or Rack purchase.

• $55.00 per foot - Storage only (less than 29 ft.)

• $65.00 per foot - Storage only (greater than 28 ft.)

Customers who sign up for both winter storage + a slip or rack (annual customer) may have free use of a transient slip post-season from Nov. 1st to Dec. 15th and pre-season from Apr. 1st to Apr. 30th weather permitting and subject to removal and installation of the docks.

​

Per the above, summer only customers who may want a longer term transient slip should compare the costs of the transient slip to just adding winter storage to their contract which may end up being less expensive (comparison shown below in "Transient Slip Calc").​​
