• $3,000 minimum or $120 per ft. - Slips with water but no electric.

• $3,200 minimum or $128 per ft. - Slips with water & electric.​​

• $3,500 minimum or $140 per ft. - Slips with water & electric and for wider boat beams and or double finger piers.

• $5,300 minimum or $140 per ft. - Slips with water & electric and extra wide boat beams.

• Starting at $5,800+ or $153 per ft. - Slips with water & electric and are the largest slips in marina.

• Starting at $7,000+ - Slips with water & electric and for boats with unlimited length or beam

• Racks $110.00 Per Foot

• Stands $120.00 Per Foot

STORAGE (Winter & Summer Rates)

• $45.00 per foot - Storage (less than 29 ft.) along with a Slip or Rack purchase.

• $50.00 per foot - Storage (greater than 28 ft.) along with a Slip or Rack purchase.

• $55.00 per foot - Storage only (less than 29 ft.)

• $65.00 per foot - Storage only (greater than 28 ft.)
