"Mariner's Village at Keyport" will be Keyport's first redevelopment apartment project located on the consolidated properties at the end of Broadway and Washington street contiguous to the marina. The apartments will consist of 120 units over 4 stories with a parking garage, waterside walkway, shuttle service to commuter transportation, electric vehicles for local use and kayaks.

The marina will be renovated with a new office and shop building with additional racks and updates to electrical, water and parking.
